Surf School Tycoon
A browser-based idle/management game where you run a surf school.
Students arrive and queue up. Assign instructors to teach them — each can handle a limited group, and you can upgrade their capacity. Completed lessons earn coins, which you reinvest in more instructors. But there's pressure: instructors draw a salary every cycle, students get impatient and leave if they wait too long, and every walkout drops your school rating, which slows new arrivals. Let the queue overflow or your rating hit zero, and it's game over.
This is an early prototype with placeholder emoji visuals — I'm validating the core loop before investing in real art. Feedback very welcome, especially on difficulty and whether the loop is fun.

Nice! This is fun, excited for more upgrades :)
Thanks :) I am really glad you liked it
More upgrades are exactly what I am working on
kinda fun but after you get enough guys/upgrade its just about waiting since it doesnt get harder - jjuj on leaderboard
Thank you so much for playing that far, and yeah, you've spotted the thing I am working on. Once you manage to survive enough to hire many instructors, the game is basically just infinite. One of the features that addresses it is that coaches randomly go on sick leave, but having many coaches really solves it, so I am thinking about other factors making the game harder after you reach the maximum student arrival rate. Thank you again, this is really useful.
